I know I sounded totally naive in the above… but it did come as a personal shock. Admittedly, I don’t know any other trans* people IRL, just myself. But I mean, my own experience of this has taught me a hell of a lot, the least of which is to do my damn research! I suppose I just meant to say, I expected better. I mean, we basically have to fight for our right to exist as trans* in this society. For someone with the same struggles to go around spreading such bullcrap is just… phenomenally effed up. And I genuinely suspected shenanigans for second.
But yeah also thanks for being a total /ass-hat/ and assuming like I’m some jerk or something. I was surprised and disappointed you dick, not conceited.
I’m sorry. My response wasn’t targetted so much at you, but was the cumulative annoyance of having had other people assume all kinds of incorrect things about me (or expect me to meet certain standards) just because I’m trans.
